Lego 94107 – GitHub Octocat / Developer

While poking around Brickset I stumbled on an oddball set number, 94107, that never shows up in any official catalog. Turns out it was a 2021 giveaway for GitHub’s internal “Octodesk Summit”

The 82-piece box builds a BrickHeadz-style Octocat at her desk, complete with coffee mug and sticker sheet for swapping screen contents.

Here’s the fun bit: 94107 isn’t random at all: it’s the ZIP code of GitHub HQ (88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. St, San Francisco). Because corporate promo sets don’t have to follow LEGO’s normal numbering scheme, someone slipped their office address into the set ID.

Only a few hundred were made, so boxed copies now go for $400 on eBay, but the parts list is public on Rebrickable if you just want to brick-link it for $20ish.

Alternative clip pieces codes on lego.com, instructions here.
